Overview
ICE HKA G&S is hosting a cocktail brewing workshop with Glass Gardener, established by two seasoned bartenders with over a decade of decade in the food and beverage industry and passion for mixing cocktails.
They aim to bring the most organic touch from our nature to your glass, using local agricultural products as the main ingredients to create the taste from the garden with the right season and reason. Glass Gardener brings this philosophy to a two-hour immersive workshop centred on the farm-to-glass approach, where fresh produce becomes the foundation of each drink.
The workshop explores how seasonal ingredients sourced from nearby farms can be handled, prepared and transformed into balanced, expressive cocktails. Participants are introduced to essential bartending techniques while gaining hands-on experience in crafting bespoke drinks that reflect the flavours, textures and character of local produce, tracing the journey from land to glass.
