Every year, the ICE President chooses some of the brightest and most motivated graduate and technician members to be on the Future Leaders Scheme. This popular and highly competitive scheme has been running since 2005.
It gives student members on degree apprenticeships, graduate members, and technician members a unique opportunity to gain experience, develop skills, and learn about the industry.
Future Leaders meet and engage with senior engineering professionals, getting invaluable insight into industry development while also becoming part of the President’s Future Leaders Alumni network.
Join the ICE Scotland Early Careers Network for an exciting fireside chat with Sonali Patel, a graduate civil engineer with Tony Gee and Partners and one of the 2025/26 cohort of President’s Future Leaders.
Sonali will share her career journey to date, her experience of the programme and share some tips to inspire Scotland regional ECNet members to apply to the scheme.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask open questions about the scheme and the work of the current cohort of Future Leaders.
As this is a region-wide event, it will primarily be held in person in Glasgow, with a hybrid option available for the more distant branches. In-person participation is highly encouraged.
