Overview

Giving feedback can be tricky – it’s easy to feel like you’re walking a tightrope between being too harsh or too vague. But what if you could deliver feedback that motivates and leads to real improvement?

About this event

Delegates will explore:

  •     What feedback is (and isn’t!)
  •     Radical candour
  •     Effective frameworks for planning and delivering feedback
  •     Turning feedback into a productive conversation
  •     Managing emotional reactions to feedback
