Overview

Join the ICE Glasgow and West of Scotland (GWoS) committee for their annual general meeting, and hear from the new chair, Lewis Hoggan, as he presents his chair's address, "From Falkirk to Fellowship".

Lewis is a Director with Crafter Engineering and a leader of their Glasgow office. With 20 years of varied industry experience, Lewis has taken knowledge from his early career working as a Site Engineer, proprietary equipment suppliers and working for principal contractors to lead in the delivery of safe, efficient and pragmatic temporary works designs for projects throughout Scotland and the UK.

Lewis champions the ICE where possible, carrying out roles as a Mentor, Reviewer and last month was admitted as a Fellow in the ICE in August. As a STEM Ambassador, Lewis regularly provides presentations to universities and schools, hoping to inspire future generations of Civil Engineers.
