Jen Ross

Jen Ross is Chief People Officer at Mott MacDonald, responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s global people strategy to support business growth, performance and long-term success. 

Since joining Mott MacDonald in 2014, Jen has held a number of senior people leadership roles, including leading the People Function across the UK and Europe and serving as a key member of the regional leadership team. This experience has given her deep expertise in aligning people priorities with business strategy and driving organisational performance through people. 

Jen has a strong track record of leading strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, reward, wellbeing, and equality, diversity and inclusion. She is passionate about creating high-performing, inclusive cultures where people can thrive and develop their careers. 

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Jen brings extensive experience in organisational development, transformation, leadership, employee engagement and talent development, helping to build the capabilities needed for the future. 

Imuzeze (Muze) Adebo

Imuzeze (Muze) Adebo is the Regional Director and Head of Discipline for Ground Engineering at COWI UK, based in Glasgow, with over 23 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering across the UK and internationally.

A Chartered Civil Engineer, he has worked on major infrastructure projects spanning transport, energy, marine and water sectors. Alongside his technical career, Muze is passionate about mentoring, developing future talent, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the engineering profession. 

Nyasha Mutembwa

Nyasha Mutembwa is a Graduate Civil Engineer at Amey, incoming Vice-Chair of the ICE Edinburgh ECNet Committee, speaker, and engineering content creator behind @engbaddie.

Passionate about increasing representation within engineering, she uses her platform to share the realities of being a young Black woman navigating the profession while encouraging more diverse talent to see a place for themselves within the industry.

Through her work, leadership and advocacy, Nyasha is helping create greater visibility, belonging and opportunity for the next generation of engineers. 

Zelda Dura

Zelda Dura is a Civil/Structural Engineer working on major nuclear infrastructure projects, with experience in structural design, temporary works and construction engineering.

Based in Glasgow, Zelda specialises in bridging the gap between design and construction, ensuring engineering solutions are safe, practical and buildable.

Zelda has contributed to the development of complex marine and underground structures on nationally significant projects and is currently working towards Chartered Engineer status with the ICE.

Zelda is passionate about continuous professional development, mentoring and sharing lessons learnt across the engineering community.
