The AGM is an opportunity for members to receive and deliberate upon the report of the Trustee Board on the state of the institution, with the Annual Statement of the Accounts and the report of the Auditors thereon, to receive a report on the election of the Trustee Board and of the Council and to appoint Auditors.

- To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 22 July 2025. The minutes of that meeting are available to view: www.ice.org.uk/AGM (members must be logged in to access).
- To note the names of the Trustee Board members elected for the 2026/27 session of the institution, these being:
- President - Julie Wood
- Vice presidents - Richard Bayfield, Andrew McNaughton and Alison Baptiste
- Ordinary members - Jonathan Spruce, Ohis Ilalokhoin, Paula McMahon and vacant post (*the name of the successful candidate elected by the members in the 2026 ballot will be announced under Item 3).
- Nominated member - Andrew Enston
- Council appointee members - Yvonne Murphy, Carlos De Freitas and Antonios Palatianos
- To receive a report from the scrutineers on the election of members to the ICE *Trustee Board and Council with effect from the 2026/27 session.
- Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2025.
- to receive the Report of the trustees
- to receive the Consolidated Statement of Financial Activities and the report of the auditors
- to receive a report from the President on the state of the institution.
The ICE Annual Report 2025 is available on the ICE website at www.ice.org.uk/annualreport2025. At the meeting the report will be taken as read allowing time for the President to review the work of the Institution.
- To appoint auditors for the year 2026.

Members may have questions they would like to ask at the AGM. If you would like to ask a question, please submit this in writing via [email protected] by 14 July 2026. Subject to time constraints, questions will be answered at the end of the meeting. Any questions outstanding will receive a written reply following the meeting. Please also note that operational questions received prior to the meeting may be resolved by direct reply in advance of the meeting.
