ICE Hong Kong was established in November 1999. It's one of the largest regions outside the UK with more than 8,000 members.
The Regional Board, Hong Kong Association (HKA), Graduates & Students Division (G&S), and Regional Support Team work together to further the objectives of the Institution and to serve our members' interests in Hong Kong.
We offer membership advice, and help run a huge range of events and training opportunities to support ICE members in the region.
ICE Breaker is our newsletter in electronic format, distributed to all members in the Hong Kong region. The current version of ICE Breaker 2026 summarises the events and activities in HKA in the past 12 months.

Transform your digital workflow at the ICE HKA Digital Solutions Lab. Discover how AI tools like generative design and computer vision are reshaping construction through expert sharing and guided practical exercises.

ICE HKA G&S will visit the Common Utility Tunnel (CUT) and the associated infrastructure in Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) Development Area. Participants will learn about how CUT optimises the use of underground space, minimises excavation works, and facilitates utility maintenance.

The Shaping Our Future City 2026 campaign challenged secondary school students to come up with innovative infrastructure proposals to improve connectivity between Kai Tak and Kwun Tong.

The ICE Hong Kong Association Graduates and Students Division (HKA G&S) challenged undergraduate student teams to design earthquake-resistant buildings.
