Voting for the graduates and students election will close on Wednesday 29 April 2026. Find out who has been automatically elected to the ICE Hong Kong Association committee.
Hong Kong Association committee
In a recent call for candidates for the Hong Kong Association (HKA) committee election, two nominations were received for the two committee vacancies by the deadline in March.
All nominees are deemed to be automatically elected. They are:
- CHENG Chun Wing
- LEE Pui Sang Leo
Hong Kong Association Graduates and Students Division committee election
ICE HK also issued a call for nominations for the HKA Graduates and Students Division (HKA G&S) committee election, 2026-2027 session.
By the nomination deadline, 11 valid nominations were received for the 10 vacancies on the HKA G&S committee.
The candidates are:
- CHAN Tsz Hon
- LAM Hau Yee
- LAM Ka Chun
- LEE Ho Yan Janice
- LEE Hoi Nam
- LEUNG Ka Lun
- LI Yan Wa Irene
- LIU Xinwei
- LUI Hoi Hin
- Andre Cahyadi SALIM
- WONG Hoi Yu

How to vote
Eligible G&S members will be able to cast their votes online through a secure digital platform.
The ICE has chosen to use Civica Election Services as the independent scrutineer to administer the vote and to ensure the integrity of the ballot.
In late March 2026, eligible voters will receive instructions by email from Civica Election Services on how to cast their votes online.
The voting deadline is 17:00 (HKT) on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.
