The ICE is seeking applications for the new Michael Neale Bursary. There are limited spaces available – apply today.
Applications have now opened for the new Michael Neale Bursary, aimed at funding places on the ICE Windsor Leadership Development Programme.
The programme brings together senior postholders from across the infrastructure sector to collaboratively address strategic leadership challenges.
To date, the programme has supported over 90 leaders, aiming to prepare them to navigate the uncertainties of their roles and any future challenges.
Professor Priti Parikh, an alumnus of the ICE Windsor Leadership Programme, said it was “absolutely transformational”.
The Michael Neale Bursary
Michael Neale was a distinguished member of the ICE, known for his dedication to advancing the field of civil engineering.
His generous bequest has made this annual bursary possible. It reflects his commitment to developing strong business managers and leaders within the ICE community.
The bursary aims to make the programme more accessible to those who have historically found it challenging to cover the programme fees.
How to apply
The ICE is currently seeking potential bursary recipients for the 2025 programme.
The bursary will consider applicants across the following criteria, as evidenced in their application:
- Contribution within the ICE
