ICE’s East Midlands State of the Nation 2014 briefing reviews and grades the region’s infrastructure. Key recommendations for improvement are on local transport, flood management and energy. Respectively, there is a need to improve public transport integration, implement a holistic approach to flood management and continue investment in regional renewable energy capacity.
