ICE North West supports around 6,000 civil engineers in the region. From those starting out in their career through to highly experienced engineers, there's something for everyone.

Our course is delivered in small groups, involving about 50 hours of evening lecture sessions, from September to May. The remaining time is self-study with examinations taking place the following June.
Success in the exam is seen to be the first stage in becoming qualified as an adjudicator or arbitrator. It is also essential additional learning for those involved in project management.

A New Written Exercise Group begins in the North West on Wednesday 17 May 2017 and will last for 5 sessions.
The Technical Report Route allows you to utilise your work experience and practical knowledge to achieve professional qualification. In this webinar Membership Development Officer Roger Chantrelle explains how the route works and what the requirements are.
The Written Exercise Group will provide guidance on how best to approach your Written Exercise, promote good practice and prepare candidates for the this element of the Professional Review
