We’ll always respond as quickly as possible, although some staff work part-time.

Ben leads the Regional Support Team and is responsible for developing and delivering ICE Scotland’s Business Plan. He manages staff and works with members to raise the profile of the profession, inform the infrastructure debate, and deliver effective knowledge transfer and professional development programmes.
Gordon helps ICE Scotland inform opinion, deliver member communications and knowledge transfer programmes around the country, raise the profile of infrastructure issues, civil engineering, civil engineers, ICE and its activities. External relations, marketing communications, brand awareness and reputation management are key elements of his role.
Alison provides much needed support to ICE STEM volunteers who are helping to bring the exciting world of civil engineering into the classroom. She promotes civil engineering, and paths to the profession, to younger people at all ages. Alison has previously qualified and worked as both a civil engineer and technical teacher.
Lyndsey supports with running the office, as well as dealing with member enquiries and helping organise regional events.
The Membership Recruitment Team provides in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to help you become professionally qualified.

Donna is Membership Manager for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Europe. She also deals with membership queries from those based in East and South East of Scotland. Donna works full-time, and will also respond to any membership queries by email or phone from members in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Sabine is a Chartered Civil Engineer. She is the Membership Development Officer for the West of Scotland.
Sabine also supports our guidance webinars and workshops in NI/RoI. She works full-time.
Barbara is a Membership Development Officer in the North of Scotland.
Barbara also supports our guidance webinars and workshops in NI/RoI. She works part-time
Jen is the Membership Development Officer for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Jen also supports our guidance webinars and workshops in Scotland. She works part-time.
Caroline Kelley is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Charlotte Chevalier is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Ashleigh McKenzie is the Membership Support Coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
