To get involved with awards, or for support on fellowship, AMICE, events and wider stakeholder working, the Regional Support Team is here to help.
We’ll always respond as quickly as possible, although some staff work part-time.

Contact the regional team
The ICE Scotland office works to support our members, help raise the profile of civil engineering, and provide expert comment or help put you in touch with civil engineering experts.

Matt Lancashire
Regional director
Matt leads the Regional Support Team and is responsible for supporting the Regional Committee in delivering the business plan.
This includes inspiring the next generation of civil engineers, raising the profile of the profession and infrastructure, and ensuring that ICE supports members throughout their career and beyond.
Lyndsey Pollock
Regional co-ordinator
Lyndsey supports with running the office, as well as dealing with member enquiries and helping organise regional events.
The Membership Recruitment Team provides in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to help you become professionally qualified.

Donna Surgeoner
Membership manager Scotland, NI & Europe
Donna is membership manager for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Europe. She also deals with membership queries from those based in East and South East of Scotland. Donna works full-time, and will also respond to any membership queries by email or phone from members in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Sabine MacLean
Membership development officer
Sabine is a Chartered Civil Engineer. She is the membership development officer for the West of Scotland.
Sabine also supports our guidance webinars and workshops in NI/RoI. She works full-time.

Membership development officer
Barbara is a membership development officer in the North of Scotland.

Jen Hopkins

Jen is the membership development officer for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
