Overview

Join the East Midlands Infrastructure Partnership (EMIP) - which brings together stakeholders from the transport, flood resilience, water and energy sectors - to discuss the how the region can deliver infrastructure in an age of uncertainty.

A new Prime Minister with an increased commitment to devolution has changed the political landscape. EMIP will share its updated ‘Build to Grow’ report, analysing the latest challenges facing the region. Changes to the infrastructure pipeline and Budget 2026 announcements will also be covered.

Guest speakers will advise how to deliver infrastructure during a period of uncertainty and how to improve productivity and efficiencies on the ground. 

Speakers will include:

  • Adrian Coy FICE, chair of the East Midlands Infrastructure Partnership 
  • Andrew Pritchard, director of policy & infrastructure at East Midlands Councils

Adrian Coy

Adrian Coy FICE, chair of the East Midlands Infrastructure Partnership currently acts as an independent consultant.

He chairs the ICE Further Learning Exam Panel and is chief examiner for this master’s level exam.

Adrian has extensive experience of sewerage, surface water and land drainage, highways, transport and traffic, coastal engineering, flood management, emergency planning and general municipal engineering.
