Membership Development Officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
They often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to help you become professionally qualified.

Donna Surgeoner
Membership Manager Scotland, NI and Europe
Donna is Membership Manager for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Europe. She also deals with membership queries from those based in East and South East of Scotland. Donna works full-time, and will also respond to any membership queries by email or phone from members in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Jen Hopkins
Membership Development Officer
Jen is a Membership Development Officer for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. She works part-time.
The Republic of Ireland team work to support our members, help raise the profile of civil engineering, and provide expert comment or help put you in touch with civil engineering experts.

Tom Compton
International Membership Operations Manager
Tom is the Regional Support Team contact for members in the Republic of Ireland. His role assists the Republic of Ireland Chair, Country Representative and the Europe Regional Committee in delivering the ICE plan and International Strategy.
Yvonne Murphy
Country Representative
Yvonne is the Country Representative for the Republic of Ireland and is the first point of contact for members. She also sits on the Europe Regional Committee to represent the 500 members in Ireland. Yvonne is a Member of ICE and Chartered Engineer.
