Overview

Designed for current and future decision makers in the profession who are either developing or interpreting construction contracts, this series delves into the nuances of Scots law and how these nuances could affect the everyday delivery of a construction contract.

This is the fourth of a five‑part series delivered by Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP in partnership with the ICE Glasgow and West of Scotland Branch.

This seminar will give an outline of the law and practice of arbitration in Scotland. The focus will be on the Arbitration (Scotland) Act, different from the arbitration regime in England and Wales.
